Itinerary
DAY 1
| 7:30 a.m. | Arrive at school. Load Buses |
| 8:00 a.m. | Depart Temple |
| 11:00 a.m. | Stop at the Hempstead McDonald’s
for Lunch (As students exit buses, hand each a $5 or $10 bill for lunch. The change is theirs. Do this for each meal except prepaid meal). |
| 12:30 p.m. | Depart Hempstead |
| 3:30 p.m. | Arrive in Galveston (Go to hotel or the place where you are staying and UNLOAD) |
| 4:30 p.m. | Depart for the Moody Gardens |
| 5:00 p.m. | Arrive at the Moody Gardens (Divide into activity groups) (Suggested activities include: the Rainforest Pyramid, IMAX 3D theater, the Discovery Museum, and the IMAX Ride film theater) |
| 7:30 p.m. | Supper is at the Moody Gardens. (Students can choose to get fast food on their own, to book for the Garden Restaurant in advance or pre-order their meal) |
| 9:00 p.m. | Complete the tour of the Gardens and the gift shop |
| 10:00 p.m. | Load Buses |
| 10:30 p.m. | Return to Hotel |
| 11:30 p.m. | Lights Out!!! |
DAY 2
| 6:30 a.m. | Wake Up!!! |
| 7:30 a.m. | Breakfast |
| 8:30 a.m. | Prepare for the Morning Activity |
| 9:00 a.m. | Activity One (These will be determined with the university guides prior to the trip). |
| 12:00 noon | Lunch |
| 1:00 p.m. | Activity Two |
| 4:00 p.m. | Activity Three |
| 7:00 p.m. | Clean up for Supper |
| 7:30 p.m. | Supper(Select a nice restaurant and pre-order dinner) |
| 9:00 p.m. | Return to Hotel |
| 9:30 p.m. | Swim Party (Clear this with Hotel and have certified life guards) |
| 11:00 p.m. | Return to Rooms |
| 11:30 p.m. | Lights Out!!! |
DAY 3
| 6:30 a.m. | Wake Up!! |
| 7:30 a.m. | Breakfast |
| 8:30 a.m. | Inspect Rooms/Check Out/Load Buses |
| 9:30 a.m. | Depart Galveston |
| 1:30 p.m. | Arrive in Brenham for Lunch |
| 2:30 p.m. | Depart Brenham |
| 4:30 p.m. | Arrive at Temple |
