Objectives:
To categorize the types of products available form rain forest resources.
Procedures:
1. Get the students on line with Netscape Navigator.
2. In the location box, have the students type in the following address and go to that web site.

3. The students can work alone or in groups, depending on computer availability.
Questions:
The students will fill in the following chart:
House Plants Foods Medicines Other Useful Products
Evaluation:
Combine all of the students findings onto a large chart for the class to refer to.
Expanding the lesson:
1. The students could put together a recipe book of forest foods by collecting them
from web sites.
2. The students could do a survey on their favorite chocolate candies.
